In 1987, Médelys became the first purveyor at Rungis International Market to offer wild Danish salmon smoked using the sought-after hanging method. Smoked salmon is now a welcome delicacy for festive spreads and everyday tables alike. We are proud to play a part in cultivating such a time-honoured craft.

Today Médelys offers traditional Norwegian smoked salmon and wild Adour salmon, as well as Balik fillets, tuna, eel and a delicate bottarga.
